- What happens when I reach my 3 analysis limit on Explorer?
- You can view your existing analyses indefinitely. To run new analyses, upgrade to Pro for unlimited runs, or delete an existing analysis to free up a slot.
- Can I switch from Explorer to Pro at any time?
- Yes. Upgrade from your dashboard settings or any Pro-only feature prompt. Your existing workspaces and analyses carry over. Billing starts on the day you upgrade.
- Is my clinical trial data secure?
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your data to train models. Enterprise deployments with SOC 2 and on-prem options are available on request.
